Tief in der Nacht: lukubrieren

Vor kurzem bin ich in einem Zeitplan über das Wort "Lukubration" gestolpert. Da ich nie Latein hatte, musste ich erstmal Wikipedia bemühen. Im Rückblick finde ich das eigentlich schade, dass ich das Wort nicht vorher kannte - weil es doch gerade auf die Arbeitsweise der Informatikstudierenden passt (jedenfalls bei mir).

Hier der Auszug aus Wikipedia:
Lukubration (lat. lucubrare: bei [künstlichem] Licht arbeiten, "lukubrieren") ist ein veraltetes Fremdwort und bezeichnet das wissenschaftliche Arbeiten bei Nacht. Obwohl (wissenschaftliches) Arbeiten bei Nacht auch heute verbreitet ist (vgl. Nachtmensch), finden die Begriffe Lukubration/ lukubrieren so gut wie keine Verwendung.
